[BlackBerry New Flagship Device] BlackBerry To Launch Their Full Touchscreen Water And Dust Resistance Smartphone In October
A full touchscreen smartphone under the name of BlackBerry is said to be launched by a Chinese electronic company TCL in October - just one month gap for the launch of the Apple's new flagship devices (iPhone 8 and the reload of the iPhone 7 devices).
Based on the news report from Gadget 360, TCL's Francois Mehieu said that the new phone would respect Blackberry's reputation for building hard-wearing devices for awkward international travellers who will be working in all kinds of atmosphere.
Mahieu also said "the main feature, beyond the full-touchscreen, is the (planned) IP67 water and dust-proofing, as well as a battery rated to last for more than 26 hours of mixed use".
"The durability and the longevity are seen to be two of the biggest selling point, coupled with a long lasting phone that'll keep going long after your phone must have gone off" the company strongly believe. Perhaps, this device will be far much better than the BlackBerry KeyOne.
Mahieu claimed that a number of iPhone and Galaxy users would "make the switch" to the upcoming BlackBerry which will be launched in October, this means that it's far harder to make it stands out from the crowd.
He said that BlackBerry's security know-how will enable TCL to deliver the "most secure Android phone in the world".
"We are there to play, we are just playing with different cards, mostly by pushing its strengths of battery life, security and durability," he said.
However, this devices is not expected to have higher pricetag like other devices rather it is expected to cost even lower as people thought.
Hence, only theTelecommunications company Optiemus Infracom have the rights to manufacture/produce and sell BlackBerry branded smartphones in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
